Salsa Clienté Bead Embroidered Earrings
Every so often I’m not completely happy with how a project turns out, and I decided to rework “Caliente”. These earrings needed a little something and WOW did they ever get it! Now they have a definite Carmen Miranda vibe. A small offset Carnelian Cabochon and Ruby, bronze and metallic green accent the original red and gold. They’re oh, so spicy hot and perfect for Cinco de Mayo!
Par Puca glass Cabochons, carnelian, surrounded by glass Czech and Japanese beads with a sassy fringe. 3 1/8” drop from the ear wire.
Entirely hand beaded. No animal products used. Lined in soft ultra suede. Hypoallergenic, even the gold over stainless ear wire. Created in a smoke free and animal free environment.
